With the new 64-bit release of ClickLearn, we are permanently moving away from supporting 32-bit Windows, to better support larger, longer processes recorded and edited with ClickLearn.

The 64-bit release for ClickLearn Studio means the solution can better utilize the much larger memory (RAM) most computers have today, and therefore provide a better experience for our authors when working with ClickLearn, particularly when editing multiple recordings, or the recordings of complex, long processes.

All ClickLearn applications are now relocated from apps.clicklearn.dk to apps.clicklearn.com.
Due to the change from 32-bit to 64-bit, ClickLearn Studio first needs to be uninstalled and then reinstalled. We will automatically start the flow for you when the application starts and you accept by clicking OK to the message.

If you experience any issues, please report it to our ClickLearn Support Team at support@clicklearn.com.
