Jenna Hamilton is a Customer Success Manager at ClickLearn. She is passionate about bringing people and technology together with the simplification of our daily lives in mind. At ClickLearn, she enables clients to leverage our solution, driving change and digital adoption in their organizations. An accomplished and award-winning professional with more than 15 years of success in fundraising and client engagement across diverse areas including annual giving, prospect research, and major gifts. I have expertise in effectively coordinating fundraising, relationship building, special events, and general program management efforts to drive success.

Morten Neubert has been with ClickLearn since 2018 and worked with ClickLearn Attain since its inception. He is a Senior Support Consultant at ClickLearn and the host of Morten's Corner. When he’s not working, he likes online gaming whenever his family duties allow it.

Per Ferdinandsen has been with ClickLearn since 2017, when the product first caught his eye. He works as Director of Customer Care out of our Copenhagen office and has used ClickLearn Attain since its earliest days. He also likes cross-country skiing and pizza.

Peter Højlund Løvskov is one of our Customers Success Managers. Peter has worked with ClickLearn for five years, starting out as a Product Evangelist. Before Clicklearn Peter worked for other IT companies as Cloud Specialist for Adobe and later as Account manager at reseller companies before joining ClickLearn. Peter is actually an educated Chef and has worked at various Michelin star restaurants before switching career to the IT business.

Valentina Carp is our newest ClickLearn Customer Success Manager. With a strong background in business applications and user adoption, Valentina brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Having spent 5 years as an IFS manufacturing implementation consultant, she then transitioned to a Technology Specialist position for D365 Finance and Operations at Microsoft before joining ClickLearn. Her passion for learning and development is what attracted her for this role. Valentina's extensive consultancy and ERP expertise will be a valuable asset, as she collaborates closely with you to help achieve your training and documentation objectives.
