FAQ

What is the setup for joining the virtual conference rooms?

We host the rooms using GoToWebinar. Joining is support from both PC, MAC and mobile devices. You use your name and email address to enter a room. You can check if your device meets the system requirements here​

Can I use a phone for dial-in audio?

Yes. If you press the ”Details” button on a session, it will list the phone number and PIN code you need to use from your country.

Are the sessions being recorded?

Yes, every session on all tracks will be recorded. After the conference, the recordings will be made available to you whether or not you attended the session. So you are also able to see the sessions you might have missed!
